All wallet recharges on ApShorts Social are non-refundable, but you can withdraw money from your wallet by using withdraw option in your wallet. Once, your wallet withdraw request is approved, Apshorts Social will transfer your amount to your Bank Account within 48 hrs.
When you add funds to your wallet, the full amount remains in your wallet balance to be used for future purchases or services on the platform.
We do not provide refunds for wallet top-ups or unused wallet balances under any circumstances.
ApShorts Social acts solely as a platform to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers of products and services.
All sales, purchases, and associated refund terms are governed by the individual business policies and terms agreed upon between the buyers and sellers within the platform.
ApShorts Social is not responsible for resolving disputes related to refunds, returns, or cancellations for transactions conducted between users or businesses.
Users are encouraged to communicate directly and agree on refund terms prior to completing transactions.
While ApShorts Social does not intervene in financial disputes between users, we provide tools for reporting fraudulent or suspicious activities which may be reviewed according to our community guidelines and policies.
Any issues should primarily be resolved between the transacting parties.
